I often bring my car to be serviced by the Avon Hoffman Toyota. I must say, the staff has been exceptional; specifically Brenda Sostre. Brenda is extremely professional, quick and is always willing to go the extra mile to help you; clarifying and explaning what needs to be resolved. My experience with other service people has also been great - they are quick and do not waste time - you do not have to wait for them. Overall my experiences have always been exemplary. I will continue to bring my car into be serviced at this branch. I must say I have not recieved this type of service from any other branch that previously visited. I have a Prius and lost my bluetooth connection which was important for my business. After visiting two AT&T stores, no one was able to solve the problem. Out of desperation, I went to Hoffman to see if they could help. Micheal Robinson, service advisor, came out to see if he could help and spent 15-20 minutes going through the menus in my car and phone with no success. Most reps would have given up but Michael brought me into his office and called Apple's tech support. Between the three of us, we were able to solve the problem! Michael went the extra mile which is seldom seen and a great reflection to the Hoffman philosophy of superior service. Much thanks to Michael.

We just purchased a Highlander Hybrid. Ludney Derosiers could not have been more helpful. He worked hard to locate the vehicle that we wanted and help navigate a last minute glitch to successfully close the deal. He went beyond great customer service by picking up and delivering the car to our home for some last minute finishings as we could not return to the dealership. He was wonderful to deal with and I will definitely seek him out for our next purchase.

My love affair with my 1992 Camry, 351,869 miles, came to a sudden stop several weeks ago. Hoffman Toyota's Service department informed me that I'm currently holding the record for the highest miles in their business history! I purchased the car at Hoffman Toyota with only 19 miles on it!
